While the Question Mark link to the Library is much better than before, it could be even better if the player could do either of the following:
1) Click on the Attribute or Skill and go directly to the Library entry. For example, clicking on Fortitude in the Level Up screen goes to the Fortitude library entry
2) Clicking on the Attribute or Skill opens a pop-up window like the example below
