I think it would be cool, if when exploring an anomaly, sometimes a low level scouting xeno ship would spawn. Wouldn't it make sense that they are vying for the same resources that we are?
Alternatively, it would be cool if we could find another Templar ship. A long lost ship trying to find their way home a la voyager.
