Haven't been able to get close on hard. Wondering if there is some tactic I'm completely missing or if the turn Par should be higher?
Par is 12 I seem to always end up in the 20's

Would love to hear the team weigh in and we can adjust accordingly.
This is Power Relay in the Tutorial.

Looks like I managed to do it in 11 on Brutal, but it's always really dicey. I send my team in three directions and pray that the scout doesn't get stuck between two hunters. I'm not sure how I could do it fast than that especially with new knights and very little to boost speed. In comparison to other levels it does seem like this one should be bumped up a little. I beat Siege at Tundeer in half the allotted turns (12 of 24). That's when I discovered that the xp/rp bonus is apparently capped at 20%. Bummer

My best so far was 16 on hard everyone over heating. I'd tried separate groups and kept getting someone trapped so this time I moved the entire group in tight formation counterclockwise across the map moving every turn

I can get it done in 11 on hard. I split into three groups for the first corner trigger with the scout and then the captain stays solo while everyone else meets up for a charge up the right side of the map.
The early dash with the scout sometimes results in a restart if the rolls are horrible but he usually does better than I expect. Sometimes he has to backtrack to avoid getting trapped.but he has the speed to catch up to my soldier and engineer going through the middle.
A melee specced captain I feel does very well here.

I finished it in 9 turns (Normal). I split my squad and towards the end had people going solo to the last few. I respec'd for Evasion and Fortitude to help everyone get as far as possible with minimal damage. I used up all Move Points before taking any actions.

My best is seven turns on normal, though my scout had less than 10 hp left. It really depends on how many and which switches are bad.

Wow, ... if I had expected reports of people not making the timer, I am surprise. You all are speed demons!
However, I do still think for the tutorial play through this could be extended to 16 quite happily.

When I get a bit of time I'm going to give the 3 way split a try.

I've not succeeded. I have tried most of the above sans respec. My best time as a group is 16. Whenever I break my team up into any combo, I lose a squad mate but do finish under 12. I opt for a no loss ending over the bonus.
since I average ~20+ I'm guessing two teams should be the winning combo.
Alas, when I try that the gods of chance don't smile upon me.

So, your general bad-assery aside, do you think 16 is a better goal?

Lol, it would put me in the ballpark.
I will try respec next time thru.

Ugh getting sick of this lvl. Managed 13 turns on hard. 1 over using a split team. First 3 nodes exploded in my face. Definitely think for tutorial it needs a bump up. How many new players are going to try a 3 way split?

Wow, I was going back and looking at scores for jknut's score thread. It looks like I did this level in 8 turns with my Nightmare Ironman team. That was at the cost of both my scout and engineer though. Death before Dishonor! There are no memorials to the living.
