This is a notification on the Templar Advisor screen.
"When Factions form a Trade Alliance, both reap large Economic benefits. Increases the value of TP by $4 per CP per Turn."
It might read, "...TP by $4, idle CP $2 and mined minerals by $2 per turn. Colony maintenance is reduced by 5%."
