I am re-working the store interface for Heroes of Steel to be able to better share the alternate characters - Kincaid, Vincent, Selen, Fyona. If you had to pick 4 Talents for each to discuss how they are unique and special, which would you pick? What 1-2 sentence blip would you share about the talent? If you decide to help me with this, expect to see some of what you share in the game in the next release

Such as, Vincent --
(Showing Lit Spear) A master of area effect attacks, Vincent's Lightning Spear chains between multiple targets. He must stay mobile on the field of battle to get the perfect angles for this directional attack. (Showing Energy Spear) Charring enemies with lightning is not enough. Every Energy Storm makes enemies more vulnerable to Lightning Dmg, whether from his next spell, or from another hero's attack. (Showing Frigid Air) The air becomes heavy with frost as unleashes unique curses. While Frigid Air shuts down enemy archers, Flash Freeze robs them of their very Action Points. (Showing Storm Strike) Channeling strikes of lightning down his blade, Vincent can play a role as a melee skirmisher, moving quickly and striking just as fast.

Kincaid: - Sure Parry: Kincaid is an artist, deftly wielding his weapons with the grace and precision of a surgeon. Sure Parry guarantees that up to three melee attacks will be automatically blocked should they make it past his defenses, and is easily one of the best defensive talents in the game. - Crippling Strikes: Kincaid is not only a master of defensive talents-- he has access to some of the best melee attacks in the game, and Crippling Strikes is no exception. This attack starts out lowering the Damage and Dodge ratings of his foes, while later levels of the skill turn it into an Area Of Effect attack, while simultaneously stripping valuable Action Points. - Darting Steel: Kincaid is one of two characters able to use Throwing Knives, and he wields them with such skill that he is able to lower an enemy's defensive ratings, making them far easier to bring down. This skill is especially dangerous when combined with Elemental Damages and curses that lower an enemy's armor rating. - Flanking Unity: One of only two skills able to directly improve the entire team's accuracy, Flanking Unity is Kincaid's way of leading the team from the front. This talent also provides a significant boost to the team's damage output by directly increasing possible damage totals and helping to ensure that attacks land on target.
Vincent: - Storm Strike: Vincent, completely unlike Kjartan, is at home on the front lines of a fight, often darting in to unleash a devastating blow from an electrically charged weapon. Storm Strike is able to deliver high amounts of Lightning damage upon a successful hit, and when combined with the right gear and talents he is one of the most lethal close range characters. - Lightning Spear: Lightning Spear is the most powerful attack in Heroes of Steel, bar none. At its highest levels, it is able to attack entire groups of enemies up to three times in a single turn, completely obliterating anything in its way. - Charged Speed: Since Vincent will be on the forefront of every battle, he has been graced with the best mobility talent in the game: Charged Speed. This talent not only grants him an abundance of Movement Points, it raises his Dodge rating, helping him stay safe should an enemy target him for an attack. - Flash Freeze: This mighty talent is best used when there are large groups of enemies facing down the group. Flash Freeze is able to remove up to two valuable Action Points from up to twelve enemies at its highest levels, and will truly destroy any enemy's offensive capabilities.
I can't do any more right now, but if I can I'll write up some more tonight!

Kincaid isn't the only one who can use thrown weapons?
Who else can? I have used everyone and didn't realise someone else had that ability.

A teaser picture for new Tamilin artwork showed her equipped with throwing knives. I think Tamilin is due one more talent refresh and the hint was she would get some nifty knife action.

Tamilin will join the scene as the second throwing knife character. It will also be her mode of delivering her -AP curse.

My 4 favourite heroes, how could I not share about why I love them! I will add to the post by En1gma, although I make no claims to be as eloquent in the descriptions. Fyona Blessed Aura: Calling upon Cassandra, Fyona creates a font of healing light that bathes an area around an ally, healing all who are touched by it. Battles in the world of Steel can get chaotic, having a heal that affects multiple allies can often spell the difference between victory and defeat. Shield of Cortias: Fyona prays for the aid of Cortias, Home-Guard, to defend her allies and turn enemy blades before they can meet flesh. This buff, that focuses on parry and adds a little dodge as well, can render the most savage spear wielding Orc totally ineffective. Holy Strickening: Fyona's holy might is so feared by the evil of Steel that her presence on the battlefield can rob them of their willpower and resolve, leaving them vulnerable to all magics. Boasting the only method by which resistance of monsters can be lowered, Fyona and Magic damage go together like Orc and ugly. Reckoning: Manifesting Cassandra, the Battle Maiden, Fyona crashes her mace upon her foes, leaving them shaken and devastated. This attack causes untold holy pain to opponents while simultaneously stripping them of valuable action points, damage, and even defenses at higher levels of power. Selen Punishing Blades: Masterfully weaving her blades, Selen focuses areas of vulnerability on her foe. Bleeding furiously, they are unable to mount effective attacks or defend themselves. This skill removes valuable armour and damage from enemies, leaving them prone to more damaging attacks while also keeping Selen and her allies safer from counterattack. Pinning Shot: Landing an arrow into the hand of an Orc, pinning it to the ground, Selen draws her blade and approaches her crippled adversary. While primarily a melee specialist, Selen can use ranged attacks to great effect such as this ability, which strips parry, dodge and ability points from enemies, even affecting multiple targets at once with higher power levels. Dance of Shadows: Sitting around the campfire, the Krete warriors share tales of four fearsome warriors that are attacking raiding parties in the area. They hear a dull thud and turn to see their ally landing dead on the ground. Frantically they run for their weapons. This skill gives Selen stealth, giving her a greater chance, while leading the party, of giving the group a free first turn. It also increases Move Points and critical chance, allowing her to close in on opponents and hit hard when she does. Quicksilver Defense: Selen confidently approaches the group of three Ratkin and they unleash a flurry of attacks with their swords. She strides into the middle of them turning aside all of their attacks while scoring four hits of her own. Selen thrives in the middle of a battle where her blades can find many opponents but this leaves her vulnerable to attack. This skill buffs her parry and dodge scores, ensuring that she will live to land those devastating attacks.
