Hey, Cory Trese, fallen, it would be nice if, sometimes when taking delvery contracts (passengers, packages or messages, etc) and it says be careful of enemy bounty hunters (or warships), when you reach your destination and attempt the contract, enemies attack you. Is this something that is possible?

They usually attack you along the way.
ST2 will have all sorts of double-crosses, complications, etc.

Both, but your risk of running into directly hostile, or having encounters turn hostile, is increased based on what type of Contracts, Cargo and Conflicts are intersecting in your particular battle.
