Engineer Krakun of House Thulun walks in, holding with a clamp a breaker containing a strange purple viscous bubbling substance.House Thulun brings its warmest regards, your Excellency High Templar CdrPlatypus, and a report on the concerns - erm I meant consensus snurfl of the representatives. - we require a high quality world but not so much minerals for our Prime colony. The world tentatively named "Galarian Gate" for example would suit us fine. The contents of the breaker releases a sudden malodorous "blurp"- we graciously offer to colonize after the other clams - whoops my mind slipped, I meant "clans" of course of course. We hope your Excellency and the other barnacles erm parties will remember our generosity in due time. - For research, very important snrfl - apologies, I haven't quite shaken off the cold acquired during the freeze - we must prioritize planetary research. What good is it to benefit other worlds with our glorious presence if it is to bring savagery? Thus a beeline to planetary construction 4, with a short pause after Planetary Construction 1 to research colony ship building. The purple substance starts to creep out of the flask and cover part of the engineer's hand.We also request the following build queue unless otherwise mentioned. 1. Mine 2. Mine 3. Factory (when researched) 3. Hab Unit 4. Mine/Hab Unit-- depends on population influx. 5. Alternate Mine/Hab Unit/Factory That is all, we thank you for the time granted in audience. May we take leave your Excellency CdrPlatypus? By this time the stench from the flask has become quite overpowering, while the engineer remains oblivious to it.

Templar CdrPlatypus, here is our purposed building orders when a suitable colony for Javet is found. Hab Mine Factory More Mines and then Habs as needed We would also like to request that we be given a planet with very high minerals as our advanced extraction techniques allow us to make extra income that would benefit all. Feel free to come by and request any thing else you may need from us.

Our Colony Hives have finished the last void jump and with Shulan's blessing we have arrived in a rich sector with many nearby systems for colonization as well as anomalies to explore. Templar Scouts have returned with information from surveying the systems within immediate scanner range. GALARIAN GATE: Quality 28 / Minerals 23 BUKATOV RING: Quality 24 / Minerals 26 STARSTREAK HEIGHTS: Quality 28 / Minerals 24 OLGGAVAN HOLD: Quality 25 / Minerals 20 I ask that the faction council negotiate terms to determine where each faction will establish its respective prime colony and the order of colonization. Please have your final proposals for this matter submitted by Friday 11:59pm GMT -8.

We will lay claim to Galarian Gate, as has been discussed within our own chambers. It is a perfect defensive location, and as we are best suited to produce warships quickly, this is our best location to do so.

(from down the hall) By Shalun's ass hairs, if I knew we were starting immediately I would've just set myself on fire. You know what they say, give a man a fire and be warm for a day, set a man on fire and... (rounds corner and enters hall) Ah yes, good mor--... Oh screw it, I'll be damned if there's a person alive who cares if its morning or night. Let's get the introductions through-- I am Officer Genious-- I help House Javat with some of its more sensitive goods. Don't give me that look, gents... I work with many of your guys too. Lord ntsheep called me for a meeting and suggested that I introduced myself. Now that that's over I'll be working from the Javat survey point. That being said, feel free to stop by. We have Crystal Pepsi. (walks out)

Your Excellency, CdrPlatypus, the Exalted Clan Moklumnue has reached a consensus regarding colonization priority, build order, and a proposed research pathIn terms of colonization priority we would like to formally request the rights to Starstreak Heights. We feel its high quality would give us a prime location to build a trade hub to service the entire Empire. Regarding build order for our prime colony, our request is as follows: 1) Hab unit 2) Mine 3) Factory* 4) Mine** *We request that the factory be subsidized and placed into our build queue as soon as the appropriate techniques are rediscovered. **The construction of Mines should be repeated until either a)the next cycle or b)Moklumnue Prime needs additional hab space or industrial base. Finally, our proposed research order is as follows: 1) Planetary Construction I 2) Starship Construction I 3) Planetary Construction II 4) Faction Politics I 5) Faction Politics II Our reasoning is simple; establishing a solid economic base should be our primary focus. Planetary Construction I gives us basic factory technology back, Starship Construction I allows us to focus on colonizing new worlds, and moving to Faction Politics II allows us to begin to establish exchanges on all of our worlds. Having exchanges in conjunction with mines on all of our established colonies would help to ensure our economic base. We of Exalted Clan Moklumnue have an additional proposal regarding the political situation. As soon as the appropriate technologies are recovered, we of Exalted Clan Moklumnue feel that no less than two trade treaties should be on the floor at any time. While trade treaties require resources and do not guarantee a return, if trade treaties can be established between each of the powers, economic stability is assured. I shall now relinquish the floor to the other powers, thank you your Excellency.

--A small man in an impeccable dark gray suit enters the room followed by a group of assistants in brightly colored apparel--
<sniffs> A fetid smell seems to linger in these halls. <sniffs again> It smells like the bottom of a water-fuel tank in an old merchant ship after a long voyage. Uhhh... Samson, get the industrial strength Febreeze! Now!!!
Doctor Smith reporting for Clan Moklumnue. I'm glad to to see our senior representative has gotten the ball rolling with excellent recommendations. I further suggest we initiate one new treaty at time, since EP are assigned randomly between treaties under negotiation.
Remember, the economy is the engine of the empire, driving all progress.

Looks like we only have a couple more points to negotiate before landing can begin. What will be the order of the landing. What clan gains the honors of first?

Boasting the fastest production of our three glorious factions, we will graciously allow the other factions to colonize before us.
I would think Javat should touch down first, beginning production of their flagship mining complex immediately.
Assuming there are no objections on the Prima of each faction, I believe we are all in accordance concerning our home worlds.
Are there any other pressing issues to tend to before we make landfall?
