Closed Connectors in Hostile Factions?

I imagine in future there will be a level of Heat / negative Rep beyond which you will no longer be able to access Connectors of a given faction, maybe no longer buy stuff in their shops, and are quite likely to get attacked just by showing your face.

At the moment I can have e.g. -70 Rep with Streets and not only buy and sell with them, I can get missions from them.
