'Confirm End Turn' Option

I play 4X on a tablet and sometimes I accidentally touch the End Turn button with the part of my hand just below my thumb when I haven't finished doing everything, so if a screen came up asking me to confirm ending turn it could be helpful.

resistor - thanks for the feedback. We can consider adding this as an option, but for most players it would be a very annoying additional tap / click.
