The Green square the scout is standing in front of cannot be entered. Try to click or tap on it and nothing happens no move indicator like its an obstacle and not an open square.  |

Two more I've found in the Dayan Core mission right at the beginning of it that cannot be entered again next to the scouts. I don't know if these particular squares are only meant for enemy use kind of confusing.  |

Nope, they are just broken.
Those are cover (+1 Defense Success).
Fixed for next!
