I'm just wondering but is all planned story content available at launch?

Yes, you can play the game all the way to the conclusion and there is a scene that completes the story.
There are no additional Episodes to wait for. After completing the game, you can elect, if you wish, to play again on a higher level against improved Xeno.
We will continue to publish updates, add optional levels and perhaps more branches and alternate endings.
However, at this point the game is complete and all story content that we have planned is available right now.
