I can't restore my purchases. Bought a new phone and I've been trying and trying, and it doesn't work.

Happy to help troubleshoot whatever issue you are having with your device.
First thing to ask is, what market are you using? If Android, Amazon or Google Play ... or iTunes for iOS.

I can't restore my purchases. Bought a new phone and I've been trying and trying, and it doesn't work. If you happen to be on GPlay, just start purchasing one of the things you've already bought before. GPlay will wake up, realize its mistake, and restore you purchases. Sometimes GPlay sleeps on the job. |
