Playing the 16 narvidian dawn levels and on more than one level I have not received the bonus armor. Also sometimes do not receive the +1xp. I am going to run through the levels again and see which ones and where but seemed like every level had one or another not show up in inventory after I found it.

The best chance I have of finding a solution is figuring out why it happens on your device.
If you can share the exact details about the device and Android OS you're using, that will help.

Motorola droid turbo
On Android 5.1
F14.MOT.XT1254.0
I did get the armor from the last level. I am on crazy difficulty and was running a chaplain, veteran, hydra, Neptune.

Not every level gives you bonus armor. I tested all the ones that do did work. Same with XP bonuses

Just finished the Defend Templar Cruiser level of this campaign and none of the 4 +1XP I found showed up at the end of the level.
