Is there a huge difference with Elite and the Free Version side from the chapters? Hidden contents, unshockable?

0% difference. Only the method of purchasing is different (premium app vs. IAPs).

@sinclair - the one thing is, there is no transfer feature between the two games. So, if you start playing one, we suggest staying there. You can't play Episode 1 in the free game (buying Episode 1 IAP) and then buy the Elite game and transfer the saves, etc. Just wanted to be clear about that.
