Easily compare equipped vs non-equipped gear

It would be great to have the currently equipped gear always on screen when looking at both locked and unlocked gear.  This would help compare different items and make selection easier.

Example (with my currently equipped sidearm below the list, so when I scroll to see other options I can compare it to what I have equipped):
