Thought I read in one of the updates that Napalm Charge was suppossed to prevent Xeno spawn while spawn point was covered by fire. Is it just the square in center of area that they can't spawn in or entier area covered or am I totally mistaken here?
Rather agrivating to lose my Hydra to Lancers/Lich's/Carapaces that spawn in area I just hit with a Napalm Charge so clarafication of this to help me plan better tactics would be appreciated.

xdesperado - there is a single tile "spawning point". It generally the center of the physical mark that you can see. If this is covered, spawning will not occur. We have realized that there is an issue with this, because there are places in maps where the "spawning point" has been placed on tiles that will not burn (because they are non-walkable, or have foreground objects in them) and this prevents the fire-caps-spawning rules from working. We are hoping to do a full sweep of all the game's levels before the next release and resolve this issue.

fallen thanks currently working on the Prime: Drop Zone level and defending the initial TP in the building is vital. With 5X Napalm Charge 7s fired from my Reaper-C with Redline Reactor 2 active blanketing the area around the single square western door it's rather frustrating to have two Lich spawn in the raging Inferno and proceed to blast my Hydra. That is obviously a very active spawn area and defence of that doorway is cruicial to securing the TP. Fact that it's only a single square wide servers to make defence even harder as defender needs to be standing in doorway or Xeno can advance along side of building. If Spawns could be prevented from due west defense would be easier as you'd only need to worry about Xeno arriving from points to north and southwest instead of having them spawn within attack range of door.

... blanketing the area around the single square western door it's rather frustrating to have two Lich spawn in the raging Inferno and proceed to blast my Hydra. We've looked at this one closely, and are a bit confused. There is no spawning point within 20 hexes of the western door of the building that contains the TP in "Prime: Drop Zone". The door is at 24,44 and the nearest spawn point is 7,30. Also, notably that spawn point cannot create Lich, only Hunters and Spitters. What I can assume is happening is that Lich are coming down from the northern Tact Point. That TP has Lich spawning capabilities. They must be walking out of the fog of war in such a way that you feel like they are being spawned. Perhaps you have Fast Enemy Turn on? That makes moves-from-fog feel a lot like spawns.
