Based on my recent Ordinance for Dummies thread, I suggest the following changes to the Ordinance entry in the Library.
The first sentence might be edited to read something like this (new text in red): --Ordinance are special supply items that you unlock in the Requisition Tree.
The second sentence is good, but might be combined with the first sentence above to make a paragraph.
Third and fourth sentences like the following might be added: --Ordinance are purchased from Tact Points using SP. Once purchased, Ordinance go into your inventory and can be used that turn or later. To use Ordinance, select a Templar and use the ordnance button above their portrait. --Some Ordinance require the Templar to be a certain distance from the Tact Point, in which case a message will appear and the ordnance will remain in your inventory.
Much of the language used here came from the Library entry and Lurker's post on the Ordinance for Dummies thread.

I rewrote the section, as it was lacking a lot of info. Thanks for the suggestions!
"Ordnance are special supply items that you can use during a battle to enhance, heal or resupply your Templar forces. Ordnance abilities include resetting a Templar's max uses for a Buff or grenade attack, healing a wounded Knight, or adding Move Points or damage. Ordnance are used like an item - select the Templar you want to affect, and then pick the Ordnance from your inventory that you want to use on the current Templar.
Ordnance can be acquired one of two ways. Ordnance can be recovered during a battle from a supply depot on the map. Ordnance can also be unlocked on the Requisition Tree. If you unlock an Ordnance item from the Requisition Tree, you can then purchase that Ordnance from one of your Tact Points and add it to your inventory for use. Some Ordnance requires the target Templar to be within 6 tiles of the center of a captured Tact Point to use."
