I was on the tutorial map, had one Xeno planet left, all surrounded save one square. No matter what I did I could not occupy. Why is that?
I can upload the back up if desired.

I've actually never run into that, so I'm going to hazard a guess and say it was a bug. I am 99% sure I've totally surrounded xeno planets before.

Feel free to send me the saved game. Possible memory bug in Android, fixed by restarting the game.
