Just started my first campaign. Have to say, the Trese Brothers have done it again! Very nice already, and I'm sure the improvements will keep rolling in.
My first real question. In the Battleforce HQ screen, what does open deploy or closed deploy mean? It doesn't seem to do anything different when I start the mission.

Open deploy means at some point in the mission you will be able to bring in more templars from a tac point. Closed means you will be limited to the templars you start with, though you may still be able to swap out some of the starting guys.

For the tutorial, a big goal was to avoid information overload. We chose a more streamlined approach rather than trying to explain everything, and we've been very happy with the results. It is something I could see adding to the library, but we won't cover it in the tutorial.

I think the info provided in the tutorial is well balanced. Enough info to play competently on normal. The library is very good. I think the player is introduced to the library during the tutorial, but can't quite recall. If not, that'd be good. Nice avatar Brutus Aurelius! |

Great stuff. I agree fallen that overloading the tutorial is not good. Addition to the library is an excellent solution. |
