spice mine quality and hap space status on upgrade bar

It is just me getting forgetful but I hope to see an status bar extra line in the "new upgrade and upgrade menu" in the same place where I see cp and expenses. Say for example that I need hab units for a given colony.  I scroll through my upgrades and I forget what I was upgrading... or forget that I need two or three...with twenty some planets its like that. The extra info as I a shopping would help.

I would want to see a condensed line above or below the line that shows:  $ +/- // CP // TP //RP // EP
It would show P/H   U/Q  F/A/M  M/M / Morale / Spice / Def

That way as I am shopping I don't have to hit back to see what I need to work on.
