So at the end of the Vestmarch campaign our squad had boarded a cutter and were about to engage the alien flagship, an Oblivion cruiser, which was conducting the invasion.
Will the conclusion to that story ever be written? Or will Vestmarch be ported over to battle force and the ending displayed there?

pendell - at this time, it is unlikely that the end of the Vestmarch campaign will ever be written and published in Templar Assault. Honesty is best -- we can not sink the significant hours into TA to complete the campaign. At this time, we are making bug fixes and occasional updates, but don't expect any major new content updates to TA.

Honesty is good. And yes, I have enjoyed Battleforce as seen in my comments on that board.
At any rate, I fully understand that Cory and fallen are fully committed to their other projects, and there's only the two of them on a very small budget. So I'll be happy with what they've done!
And if they're ever thinking about mission expansions for Battleforce...

Awww... Just played the Vestmarch campaign a few days ago and was totally captivated by the plot premise, but was disappointed it's not complete and unlikely ever to be. I understand, though, that with the current manpower there's simply not enough resources to devote to this. So, barring that, is there any likelihood of at least a (spoiler-ish) plot summary / sneak peek being published at some point? Maybe just in the form of a (short?) post to this forum? Or perhaps some fan fiction?  |

Some of the key events in TA will be included in the ST2 Lore PDF for Kickstarter backers, including some of the TA level plotlines.
