Is there any way the engine would support a right click on a door/chest/trap auto selecting and using the appropriate talent?
Of course it would only work when the Sneak or KJ in the case of Warding Words is the one selected or leading the party, but I think this would be great to help speed things up.

Sure, the engine could support that. However ...
We've got to be careful where we spend our extremely limited resources.
I'd say we'd put it into Legends, but at this point the LoS design doesn't even include Talents like Pick Lock or Disarm Trap since we're going another direction with that part of the system.

Fair enough. Just trying to suggest ways as a relatively new player on Steam that would likely help reviews and player satisfaction. Back to it then I got me a bridge to burn!

Thanks for the feedback! Definitely not a common request in the reviews, but we'll make a note about the suggestion on the roadmap.

Meant only UI and QoL in general. The easier and more intuitive a game is to use from the start could help more people play longer, and have a more favorable view is all. I'm still loving it no matter what-- this was just to see if it would be worth implementing on your end

Definitely easier and more intuitive will help -- especially high profile, big impact items that are mentioned in lots of new Steam reviews.
We've got a list with about 350 QoL items we'd like to see added to HoS.
This will make a nice #351 and I hope we can get to it someday!
