This is real. Just happened. I live here in Göteborg where it happened. And the Optimist is the small boat that children learn to sail with around here. They are dingies. You won't believe it.

Oh and by the way the first month or two are usually the hardest on the bank accounts, after that you hopefully have stuff mostly settled and some sort of budget in place. |
