For further, and more hilarious proof, that news is fake and reporters don't know how to do their jobs any more. I submit this morning news story on the local Fox channel. There was a house explosion early this morning. As the repoter is giving the story. They say " The house that exploded is destroyed" Laughed my butt off. I have never heard of a house that exploded without being destroyed. Just as I am getting over the major case of giggling that inspired, they show a video of firefighters going through the rubble and in the front yard is a sign that reads "We must stop killing each other" I will try later to get some links up when I am not laughing so hard  link |

Steelhead fillet, with lemon and dill marinade oven roasted with butter and garlic cloves. Served on a bed of Fettuccine Alfredo with steamed Broccoli, Cauliflower, Summer Squash and Zucchini on the side and fresh baked French Rolls. Yeah was surprised and very saddened to hear that the Circus was shutting down.
Crazy day and age when we and our children will no longer be able to at least dream about running off to join the Circus as part of the greatest show on earth.

Cirque Du Soleil is an example of a very effective no-hurty-the-animals type circus that kids are welcome to run off to. Of course, once they figure out how much work goes into doing what those acrobats do - then they will come running back.

I've got an exam on electromagnetic waves in four days and revising for it is very, very low down on the list of things I want to be doing. Fuck Maxwell.

Is this your first year on an electronics degree? Nope, second year physics. Maxwell's bad enough but this also has stuff like lenses, etalons and all that kind of thing I really hate and don't really know because the lecturer's terrible. |

Do you have the possibility of getting last years, and the year before's etc exams on the subject? Then, if the lecturer has been giving the course for a while, you can see a pattern in what it is that the lecturer thinks is significant about his course -- which may not have been obvious from his lectures, it sounds like -- which can be a great help in figuring out what to study.
