Three Improvements to the ALL PROJECTS screen

1. Little Faction flags, indicating which faction is building each project.  This would be helpful when building ships (particularly Colony Ships) and improvements that confer benefits like EP, which are best kept balanced between the factions.
   
2. Some kind of icon to distinguish the queued projects from the ones that currently being built.  It doesn't have to be the idle icon I used in this example; that was just one I could easily poach from an existing screen in the game.
   
3. When a project is selected have a BUILD QUEUE button appear (in addition to the Abort and Cancel buttons), that when tapped takes you the COLONY PROJECTS screen of the colony where that project is being built. This would make it fast and easy to move the project up or down in the build queue.
