Ember Log + Storm Brothers

Hi All,

I just finished episode three and an in the Sheltered Sanctuary.  When I checked my quest log it looks like I failed the quest to get an ember log from the Braeys family.  Is that correct?  For some reason I was under the impression that I needed to complete the City of the Dead before I could get the ember log from the Braeys and move forward with that quest.

Can you do that quest in Act 4?

Hi Ross.  To get an Ember Log you only need to commit to one of the families, you do not need to complete the CoD first.  Update with Ep 4 and head back to Braeyshaulm to visit the manor house and you should get a dialogue option requesting an Ember Log.  The quest will run in Ep 4 no problem as I have done the same thing; CoD, Fang Quest then Ember Log and the Storm Brothers.

Ross Carran - let us know if the advice above works for you. Since you are working with Braeys, then Elias Braeys will give you an Emberlog from his main lodge in Braeyshaulm in E3 or E4.
