Er, okay, maybe I shouldn't be griping about this, especially since I asked for it... but the pink blood in xenos... It was cool, in the beginning... but it looked pretty much like a paintball fest after a huge massacre at one of the defensive chokepoints I made with my Templar squad.

The dingy gray corridor of the Liner now looks like a preteen girl's bedroom, minus the stuffed unicorns. Well, at least, with the promise of NEW monsters, hopefully, I can make a Death Metal fan's bedroom as well. ;D

BTW, when can we get to HARVEST alien body parts for weapons/armor/chem R&D and/or manufacturing? Their carcasses should be good for SOMETHING, shouldn't it?

Lol ahhh AVP(game) we referd to the tail attack as the c**k slap...made it one of the best ways to off the marines.

Exactly. Templar Assault will also be infringing on the AvP series by having tunnels and on CoD for having guns. ST RPG will later claim that the use of Leviathan Suits wasn't properly licensed.

Lets focus on killing the xenos, ok? =)

no the alien body parts are bad news. remember who you're dealing with this is Trese Brothers not some happy dreamscape. this is supposed to be hard

here is what you CAN expect... the darn xeno will be cannibalistic!

if you leave behind templar bodies, they'll eat them and mutant.

if you leave behind xeno bodies the living ones will eat them and get stronger.

i'll get you a flame thrower and some bombs to clean up tho.

it is fun -- it makes you think about fighting in defensive positions.

also, if you loose a templar it is a big deal to try to reach his body before the alien HQ unit does

Heh... luckily, the Trese bros forgot to add in the super-regenerative ones that will revive in a few rounds after it was killed if you did not dispose the bodies properly. ;D

Edit: Or those that explode in a huge ball of acid. And those really pesky ones that breaks up into smaller aliens. Ooh, and those could animate dead bodies with their thoughts... I hate those. Not to mention those that could stick dead bodies onto themselves and get bigger and bigger till the universe implodes around.
