Oh right! Sorry bout that! I remember playing a Conan game many years ago with the same name though. ;D BTW, that HeroQuest-like game is sort of a spin-off from "Secrets of Steel", innit?

wow, Hero Quest? that was my first step towards pen & paper / d20 games... unexpected flashback there... damn, its been ages!!! i even ended up saving the figures and painting them for other games loved the goblins! sorry, bit of a tangent there... but hey, do we ever stay on topic here? ;D

nyktos - Cory and I still have a couple of sets of Hero's Quest stashed away. I wouldn't say I have been using the figurines as examples when doing some secret artwork recently, but something akin to that (in my head, anyway).

I like the special "Evil Fog" tile more. I remember that it could only be taken out by the Spirit Bane. Prior to the Heroes knowing that, it had already wiped out the Elf and the Wizard. ;D

Game... so ... good. Some of our earliest strategy games were a re-purposing of multiple HQ sets into a armies that fought over multiple dungeon boards taped together. Lol.

Andor's Trail - pretty stiff forum, but i've been there for months... i saw an opening to plug the Trese Brother & did so.
