Ever since I upgraded to android 6.0 I can't play ST or 4X... Every time I bring up either game it gives me this same error message "Internal Service Failure: An internal error occurred. This can be caused by a lack of network connectivity. Please make sure you have a good network connection."

Are you Google Play Services and Google Play apps are up to date? Restart the device? Contact Google Play Support? No issues here on the few devices we've upgraded to Android 6.0 with any of our games. Try it with or without wifi? Did you deny the game permissions it needs?

These are both with amazon... Please my friends ready the drums... I'm going to war Interesting. I am not as up-to-date on what Amazon has done with their 6.0 release. The starting point would be to make sure that your market and all your Amazon services are as up to date as possible, then call support.

Just wanted to add that in my case I needed to do the following. 1. go to settings -> applications. 2. Select Amazon Shopping 3. Clear Data Then when I tried Piano Companion Pro it said I needed to sign into Amazon. Upon re signing in, the Piano Companion Pro app worked.

I've copied this out so I can use it in e-mails with Amazon players. Hopefully we can get the updates flowing again soon.
