There is a taxi drive you can meet in the Fennian area... can't remember the shop. A Pharmacy I think.

There are at least 3 more in the game besides the two mentioned here. But you only get the other 3 from random v-chip passing encounters. McFly's v-chip you can purchase from the E Street Pharmacy any time you like -- so this is the first thing I do when I start a new game.
