If my tablet goes to sleep and I resume the game, it restarts me at the beginning of the level. Is there a save option I am missing someplace?

That is interesting. I have not been able to replicate the issue on any of my devices yet, but I'm working on it. If the process is killed or destroyed by the Android OS it does not, at this time, save.

Its happening in moons. Not in campaign mode. I also cannot back out of moons to get to the main menu.

Still happens for me at times in 0.15 :/ Does this only effect you on the Skirmish Levels?

Having a level restart would be awesome. I've screwed up a couple times to restart the current level instead of aborting the entire mission.

Although you get a nasty honor-based message, there is no other penalty. You can abort the mission, then jump straight back into it again. If you selected some single-use enhancements, they are also retained. IE, if you picked the enhancement that gives you 50% more ammo, even if you abort the level and go back into it again, you still get 50% more ammo.

This thread about a bug with restarting levels, not about a feature request.
The logic is that if you are restarting the level you probably want to change something like equipment or troopers.
Adding a second or third way to refresh the level just adds a bunch of risk of weird Android bugs (see above.)

What I mean is when I press the abort level, I don't abort the level, I abort the whole campaign. So if I'm on level/mission 4 and I abort level, I have to start the whole campaign over, not just that level.

It should probably be different than the "Abort Level" menu button. This post and the one you make above seem to contradict each other, unless we're saying different things. Campaign == Sequence of Levels Level == Map on which you battle

I mean when here, I hit the abort button, I can choose a different campaign instead of just restarting the current level. Attachments:

Hi mikelrysk ... sorry, I had assumed you were actually IN the level (already had pressed "to Battle", and was half-way through that level). In that case, pressing your menu button will bring up 4 choices: * Briefing (displays the briefing and combat map, but doesn't take you out of the level) * Help * Options * Abort LevelPressing Abort Level from WITHIN the battle will allow you to restart that particular level. The screen you were displaying was the screen you see before you enter combat. If you press "Abort Lvl" there, you quit the entire campaign. Perhaps the wording could be changed, but the button is pretty small, and you can't fit in "Abort Campaign" ... "Abort Cpn" doesn't make sense ....

We did add a pop-up confirmation dialog that explains that you're aborting the campaign and will have to select a new one / loose all progress. I hope that is helping@
