non-lethal weapons

I've been looking for a long range taser weapon. The longest range I can find is 3. (1)Is there any that have a longer range than 3 or 4? I'd like to put as many people down like this as possible. Since it causes you less rep. 

(2)Do drones or hunds dying hurt your rep? Hunds I'd understand, but drones are metal. Though,  they'd cost money to replace. 

(3) Are there any tranquilizer rifles?  If not, I hope they are eventually. I think they should take high firearms skill to use effectively.

@nick111 - the death of any enemy reduces Rep. Drones are very expensive, and you are still using lethal force against the faction.

There is a maximum range to non-lethal weapon. As you saw, it is 3. There are non-lethal rifles.

Can you provide the name of the non lethal rifle ?
And is the rifle usable by runners or main character only ?

My mistake -- I missed my double negative.

There are no non-lethal rifles. Max range is 3 on non-lethal weaponry.

Thanks for the clarification. I was starting to wonder which rifle I had missed.
