Thulun is strangling Javat

I noticed a... well... unusual series of events.

It started with De Valtos Prime having a shortage of spice.
Two or three later in 66 AE, Ursae-Thulun puts taxes on spice, which skyrocketed its sell price to 864 per unit, while 0 spice was available to buy
66.4 AE Gamma-Javat II has a shortage of spice, and keep in mind Gamma-Javat is only 3 AU from Ursae-Thulun.

You see what Thulun is doing? Between DV Prime's shortage and the artificial scarcity that Thulun manufactured, all Gamma-Javat's spice must have been bought up in a flash, and they probably aren't recovering soon while Ursea-Thulun keeps up those taxes.
Most of the time taxes seem random, but that Thulun prince seems to know what he was doing, which is funny because Thulun and Javat were in an alliance at the time... and still are.

Rumors (taxes included) aren't random but are derived from economic rating, existing conflicts and baseline behaviors. Thulun and Javat are more likely to be in an Alliance. Taxes are more likely during the end of a Trade Alliance.

Fortuneatly, Ive returned to captain my Javat warship(s). Thulun will rerurn to its proper, secondary clan staus. There will be no more talk of Syndicate aid.
