I actually haven't gotten a chance to work much on the new E4 content. My only save is on my computer which I don't play much on. I'll get there though.

I just realized: none of these include locations to the left of Oskahold. Kraiv Fastness etc. Did I just miss something in the game?

Nope, you did not. The world map is larger than the places you can go in the game.

Remind me, please… Can I go back and forth through Underforge maps, or they are collapsed once I leave them, like Cult Underhouse did?

The answer is "yes". It does not collapse. Also, the left one is Constructs Depths.
