Once again, I came as a noob upon a TB games marvel. This wonder of coding love is of course, Templar Battle Force!
Like ST, I started noob to have that video game rush on easy, and began my progression up the difficulties. Like someone said in a Templar post I read recently,I want to get that new car shine all to myself before I start to use the more in depth guides.

Also there was some guy all pissy about the game, but you could tell he hasn't really explored all the options. F'em.
I am enjoying BF even more thanks to our community. I'd really overdone it on willpower for example, and a lovely re-spec, plus better heat management solved all that. Then I went through my knights and re-speced talents based on sound advice here.
Now my plasma shreds, my axe devastates, my warblades take out packs of Xeno, hell even my engineer is blowing heavier Xeno up on the regular.
I'd really been struggling with gear, too, especially armor, thinking I was screwing it up due to the massive hits I would take. Now I understand it's more like having a lvl 50 ship in ST, doesn't mean a measly pirate/ scittering won't get the roll of a lifetime and waste you no matter what gear you rock.
So, way more fun!
I'm doing brutal now, but it's like my fourth time through, plus Stratos runs, with this squad lol. So I've got a maxed captain and a difficulty that is great.
I tried nightmare but it's actually a harder game where I'm at, even with everything unlocked etc. The Xeno swarm counts are amazing, my newly kitted out Hydra is having a blast! The Neptunes are loving the hordes too.
My Paladins are actually slayers as well as healalls, my berserk is certified insanely ferocious. The soldiers are a mix of specialists, ready for lvl and need, with my Lt. as the LITR. My scouts are rifling machines, one with headshot on the Mensin Naga, the other just switched to Hell Sight on CF. He was on the Rubicon but I was wasting stuff so fast what was the point of poison lol.
LOL I'm a BF nerd! Wouldn't change it.
Oh and my Capt. is a melee Titan, but throw in some Fire Commander and the other long range curse, not to mention those buffs! Oh yes, and lvl 10 frags. We don't need Xeno lingering on our TP.
Well knights, Drayan needs us. Fire and steel, let's move these mechs!
