Why can't you see more than five feet in front of you. I understand fog of war is part of the gameplay but man, all the characters are extremely myopic.
At first, maybe it's just dark underground, but when you get to the surface where it's bright, you still can't see anything.
Please make the fog of war a bit more realistic.

You mention getting all the way to the surface, so you must be pretty far into the second or third episode! Sorry you dislike the choices we made 3 years ago about fog of war. At this point, we aren't going to change the system. You can use and increase the level of the Farsight Talents to quickly see larger spaces. If you enjoy the game, I hope you'll leave a review!

Templar Battleforce (http://store.steampowered.com/app/370020) uses a broader field of vision to better accommodate a mostly ranged combat system.
As we work on our next game, we'll keep your feedback in mind. We want to balance the tension of the unknown with exploration and challenging tactical elements.
Thanks for playing!
