faction politics screen - show undiscovered tech

I the faction politics screen I can see the active political situation, for instaance Trade Alliance and Spy Battle, when i click either of them it gives me a list of the political influences I can currently do that relate to that effect. When I dont know anything that can affect the situation it shows nothing.

I would like it to show the actions I could take, but currently have not researched the tech for, these would be in red, and if I click then it should take me to the tech that provides that, or preferably to the main tech screen and highlight the tech required. This way I can more easily plan to get there and improve my situation. Currently I have to click around the tech tree to find what I want, which is quite a lot of cliking...
