This may sound like a dumb question, but I haven't gotten any chrome yet and I know from the game texts that if you get implants you can get them removed, but do you get that DV back as well? Say I have 100 DV and I take 50 DV worth of implants out. Would my DV then be 50? Or if I removed all implants, would I go back to being a flesh and blood human with 0 DV and be able to consistently gain XP again?

This wasn't how it was originally designed, but we ended up compromising and allowing DV to be corrected back to 0. Originally, based on the Doctor's skill, you'd get somewhere between 70 and 95% of the DV back. CK2

Cory Trese I actually like being able to get it back down to zero. I don't really like to use chrome all that much right now so I love the option to take the implants out and get that humanity back. Although I do have one implant, I'd like to max out my human attributes and skills first and then go implant crazy to make myself a god. Lol!

Yeah, being able to return to zero DV is a feature of CK. Probably won't be part of CK2, but it is in CK and won't be removed.
