Battles Crash v2.9.31

                                       Hi I'm using a Polaroid tablet to play CK elite v2.9.31 and it has just gotten too buggy to handle about 75% of the battles I enter crash in missions and random encounters.Additionally when I'm traveling through a zone I get prompted for multiple encounters one after another and don't have the option to select the choices normally the way it resolves itself seems totally random sometimes I can answer the first sometimes the second or third occasionally I am just given the results of one of the encounters .That being said the battle bugs are the worst and have made Ck unplayable.I saw a similar thread about a different version of the game and it was suggested that the user had messed with the android dev options this is impossible for me as my device is not rooted .


Cyber knights version is 2.9.31 elite

Android version is 5.1

Please help me out as I love this game and would like to get back to playing it.

You don't need to be rooted to have turned on dev options.

Can you press the Report button the next time you see a crash? That way we can try to fix it.

If your device doesn't support CK anymore, we can offer a refund.

Thank you for your prompt response ,I appreciate the offer of a refund but I would really rather just get it working again as I wasnt experiencing much of this with the free version so figure it may be something that can be resolved.I was actually looking for a report button but was unable to find it,on the other thread it was mentioned that their problem may have been a "task issue" and not the dev options thing but I dont really know what that means so I wasn't having much luck googling it.Thanks though and I will keep my eyes open for the report button.

Edit: er....it occurred to me that crash might not be the best word because I'm just taken out of battle sorry if that confused the issue

electricsheep - can you check your Android Settings > Developer Options and make sure you don't have any checked? Especially "Don't Keep Activities". That is a classic cause for this type of behavior. Also, if you have any "task killer" apps installed, they may also be causing the problem.

Managed to get into dev options but don't keep activities is disabled.I'm pretty confident I don't have a task killer app (newish tablet only installed games so far) but I will double check.Either way guys thanks for the support.


Edit: No Task killer app ,but I've made a new character and temp. dropped my made not born Character and haven't had any issues yet with my sandbox knight,if I have issues with the new character I will update the post.

electricsheep - ok. Also, if at all possible push the Report button to send the crash report. That would be the most helpful thing!
