My Samsung Galaxy S6, Android v.6.0.1, just updated from a T-mobile push last week. Since then, no toasts appear for any reason. I have ensured that toasts are enabled, including the not recommended long toasts.
I imagine T-mobile broke it!

You could also check under Android OS Settings > Apps > Star Traders RPG and make sure that notifications are not disabled there. |
