Increased Quality After Invasion

So, the Xeno were attacking my colony, and I was in the negatives, my economy was so low, it was horrible, so I couldn't build any FDF Garrisons or Battalions. So I defended, and it said the planet's quality was lowered. I looked to see how much, and it went to six... okay... another invasion, defend, quality lowered. I checked again, out of idle curiosity, and... it was raised up to eight... the Xeno felt sorry and decided to patch things up with the planet? Then destroyed the settlement later.

ANYWAY, the point is, the quality was increased by an invasion... There.

This can occur. The Xeno have an incredible ability to influence planet quality with their life cycles and physical by-products.

This can also occur if the Xeno capture a planet and you retake it.
