Just started playing again, after an absence while playing your other games, and I'm a Corsair Pirate. I was searching for the chainshot upgrade, when I found it in a buccaneer port. I couldn't buy it, even though I had enough money because I needed to have a rank in the navy with that faction... but it's a buccaneer port, so you can't get a rank. How do you get those upgrades in those ports?
