Otherworldly haven issues

Ran across two different issues:

1 - in two different games (mostly similar choices), I can't find Kea to ask about Ravenna. I could talk to Tavensa, Erghanna, and Storm sister (forgot name).

2 - in the second game, I left the otherworldly haven (accessed via Tavensa) immediately after the first scrying pool to spend level up points in granthorn, and now I can't get back to the otherworldly havens. Clicking on Tavensa's altar doesn't do anything. I can see quest log entries for "reach ellista with help from Tavensa" and "kill guardians".

I'm on an unrooted moto G, 5.1, and 4.2.39.

Two things --

1. You can find Kea at the Braeyshaulm. However, not all 4 of the women are available to take you to the Otherworldly Haven, based on choices you've made within the storyline up to that point.

2. We have another player who reported this earlier this week. He has a rooted device, and sent us his saved game, so we are hoping to have it resolved by the next update. Sorry for the trouble and with the next update, you'll be able to return to the altar.

This is now fixed for the next release. When the next update comes out, just return to the altar.

Thanks for the fix in next release!  I'll work on some characters I haven't used much until then.

Quick followup on item (1) - my characters kept listing all the gifted people who might could help with finding Ravenna, and they listed all four (Tavensa, Kea, Erghanna, storm sister whose name escapes me) several times (note - I sided with Braeys, didn't kill Vlotgar, didn't threaten Morgan, etc).  If an earlier plot choice prevents me from using Kea, why did my characters repeatedly suggest her?    Not a big thing, just a minor inconsistency.  

Though I was quite content to have used Tavensa in my first game through the Otherworldly Havens =)

If Kea is listed in your quest log and mentioned in the dialog then she is a valid option! You just have to visit Braeyshaulm.
