Thanks to the quick fix, I made it back to (and through) otherworldly havens. But there's a plot glitch....I used Tavensa to get there, and saw the expected events, including volpa attack in the havens. but when I left, there was no volpa in the sedollan foothills, and my quest log says that Erghanna had helped me instead.
My earlier game through the havens (several months ago) also now says that Erghanna helped me, when I actually used Tavensa (and was ambushed by volpa in the foothills).
Not a gamebreaket, but definitely seems like a plot glitch.
