This week, we've updated the visuals for Tact Point defenses, allowing them to both animate their return attacks against encroaching enemies, as well as clearly printing out the Damage done by the defensive upgrades on the screen. With this development in, we will now look to expand the variety of defensive upgrades a bit more in future releases. We've also added a new Ordnance, the Paladin Resupply, which will resupply the Warding Fire, Inspiration and Shieldbearer Talents. All 3 are very powerful Talents, so the Ordnance is well worth its 400 SP cost! Thanks to contributor for pointing out some issues with the scoring system that have been now been resolved! v2.3.11 - 7/12/2016 - Tact Point Defenses animate their attacks against enemies - Damage from Tact Point defenses against enemies shown - Added new Ordnance, Paladin Resupply - Warding Fire, Inspiration, Shieldbearer - Fixed bugs with enemy kill-count in scoring system - Fixed reported map bugs On Steam for PC, Mac and LinuxTemplar BattleforceOn Google PlayTemplar BattleforceOn iTunesTemplar Battleforce

This makes me so Happy. I've wanted this upgrade for a long time. Same here. It also represents a big level up in our integration with the animation toolkit Spine. A mix of both dynamic coding and animations got that result. In the next update, I am hoping to find ways to smooth it out more -- right now there is some choppiness to the effect.

Vae Victus - you're welcome. We tried to be as clear as possible, using all the standard mechanisms in the game (damage floating, etc). Let us know how else we can continue to improve!

fallen It's so....undescribable the experience of seeing it come form alpha to where it is now. Very rewarding to be part of that team. Can't wait to get started testing ST2.

bookworm21 It has a very different pace then HoS You are always under pressure to complete the objective before being overwhelmed by Xeno and/or Narvs...I love it.

I still find it funny that a game that was technically "finshed" at launch still continues to get such great updates and add-ons. It's proof yet again that the TB's are workaholics that need to TAKE A BREAK!
