Imagine this:
Indy worlds having rank ships in the their military base. The ship(s) available would vary by the particular planet. Caldora would have a different selection then Traneldor B, for example. Not all Indy worlds would have these, as poor ones like Kaflange outpost are just too poor. The ships available could also vary depending on rumors or events like the Solar Celebration on Starstreak Heights.
