You Cadarian would probably know the answer. Why are the Da Valtos torpedoes usually that cheap compared to Cadar ones? Are they made of poor quality or is it just big demand in Cadar systems? We Cadarians are a sincere lot. Therefore, it should be made known galaxy-wide that our greetings are more expensive than the De Valtos. ;D

It's funny, because you'd think it'd be cheaper to produce a Cadar torp. After all, the critical safety features are not needed, such as the minimum arming range and the radiation shielding (for storage).
Of course, in place of the shielding, there is extra explosives to improve the size of the greeting.

It is exactly due to the limited supply of boom-booms that is driving up the cost of our highly-volatile and fiery handshakes.
It's expensive, yet so satisfying, to make new friends nowadays.

Ooooo ... Cory ... new ship request. 1x Death Star type ship. 100 Hull, 50 Armor, 20 Engines, 40 Solar Sails, 1000 crew, 500 cargo, 200 guns, 100 torps. Oh ... and 1 weak spot that a photon torpedo can target.

100 torps ain't enough! It's a planet-sized ball of galactic devastation!

True ... maybe 400 torps. It'd have to be Cadar in that case though and I dont know if i want Cadar and Evil Empire to be that closely aligned. ... Speaking of "Evil Empire", did anyone here ever play the old turn-based game of VGA Planets? Back in the days of BBS's, that was a rockingly good game!

I am a recent convert of Space Adventures, thanks to Cory. Furthest I went was with Buck Rogers. I was more of an Ultima/Magic Candle/Shard Of Springs kinda guy.
