Just an Experiment [WARNING: RANT]

So, to prove the fact that the Trese Brothers are the best, I went and downloaded similar games to Star Traders. It is absolute, STAR TRADERS IS THE BEST! Of course, not that I had any doubt I just have to prove it to my friends to force them by gunpoint persuade them to buy Star Traders.

None of the others had NEARLY as much depth, layers, or the overall replayability, of Star Traders. Even the Free version is better than those ones, which is good, it means that even though it's not the full game, it's still better than playing any other game.

I saw one, had a whole EIGHT Ships you could buy. Eight. Meanwhile the over... how many ships was it? I know it's something hundred... in Star Traders. SOMETHING HUNDRED! COMPARE THAT TO EIGHT!

Most of them were just bad. The graphics on Star Traders, while that doesn't make the game, and it's the last thing I judge on a game (look, one of my favorite games is PIXELIZED) and then you get a best ship... Then you're unbeatable. It gets boring. Sorry, but please post the longest living captain you have, with the best ship you've had, any profession, non custom. Proving a point.

I'm ranting about this game utterly because I played these to compare to Star Traders... And none of them NONE of them, were nearly as good. Paying a whole three dollars for Star Traders feels like stealing, for how good it is.

There's another thing... buying Elite is GOOD! It's cool, it adds a TON of content, and it's staggeringly cheap! This one other game I saw... pay the same amount of money, to remove ads. Doesn't add anything. Not really supporting development either, 'Cause the last update has been a few years ago.

The TB also respond to you, support you, update the game regularly, and honestly, other developers should learn from these guys, they'd be a lot more successful.

So, thank you Trese Brothers, for making these amazing games...

Well, no use making a separate thread, Age of Pirates also, while there's incomplete things in it... It's still better than others.

Oh, and another thing, I was looking at reviews, and I actually saw people recommend Star Traders compared to those games. I'm not the only one!

For a so called "Rant" I gotta say this sucks. There was no cursing. No name calling. Nothing that made me say I so need to post some thing to put that loser in his place. Don't call this a rant you little ant. This is the greatest "Make the TB's day" lovey dovey post. This is a "Wow that's so awesome" post. This is a "I can't wait to derail it" post. This is for those that don't get it yet, a great way to say thanks to the TB's

No I won't really derail this thread Zer0Winds. It's actually a very good post and just the sort of thing the TB's need to hear from time to time. I've been a fan for over fives years now and yet they still amaze me. I find myself thinking often "Why can't they be like the
TB's" with other apps and devs. They are true masters of the lost art of programming where you care just as much about your users as you do your software. The game world is a better place with them in it. Here's hoping they never leave.
