Hi, After installing the game on my new device, I experienced something that I really hate... On my old tablet the ship flew quite fast. But on my new tablet the ship flies really slow and it is quite unpleasant to see. How can I improve the moving speed of deep space travel?
Old tablet specifications: Visionbook 7Q Android 4.4.2
New tablet specifications: Huawei media pad m2 8.0 Android 5.1.1

I've had the same issue on my tablet, (Nextbook Ares 8, Android 5.0) but I've discovered if I restart my tablet and play Star Traders right away, it scrolls at normal speed, whereas if it's been on for a while and I've been using other apps, it slows down.

All rendering is done by Android OS, none of the performance parameters are actually controlled by ST RPG. The faster the tablet's GPU/display can render frames, the faster the rendering runs. In the case of zendumaster I suspect something was starting up on the device that was dragging down the GPU's performance. Android is notorious for having lots and lots of background programs and services chewing up CPU, GPU, bus and memory I/O. Android services can start and stop without notifying the user, but you can find some process management tools that can help you eliminate background CPU hogs. Also, make sure you don't have any of the "Developer Options" turn on, they always reduce performance of the OS.

Maybe I should delete data and reinstall the game (I have data from my old tablet, so it could be interfering).
