A handful of suggestions for your consideration, though I'm sure I'll have more later.
- Ability to quick purchase Ordnance from the Use Ordnance screen, that or just combine the two screens in to one as buying ordnance isn't in any way tac point specific as far as I'm aware.
- Ability to sort Templar roster by unit class, in some set order, it just irks me to see my different classes in a mish mash depending on when I recruited them or their names, etc.
- Ability to scale the UI size since everything feels about 20-30% too large on my screen at the moment, such as the text, UI and unit information. Not a huge thing. (FYI I am on PC)
- Grey out/dim requisition items that you cannot afford with your current points, or actively highlight those that you can afford.
- Adjust the music to make it slightly less monotonous (a few more bars of music before it ends and repeats?) and jolting between tracks. I find the combat tracks especially to be very repetitive and sudden to change/repeat. Just somewhat jarring and I find myself having to turn off music entirely, but then I'm basically in silence for the whole thing.
- Have a diary or something for the captain maybe (in the HQ)? add a bit of flavour text and development for the captain over the course of the scenarios playing out. Nothing fancy, just some fluff to humanise your avatar.
- A button to cycle between tac points, zooming you to each one in turn, perhaps.

I am working through the rest of them to give a response, but specifically the one above is already covered, I believe. There are both a Filter & Sort option in the top of the Veteran's list.

There are both a Filter & Sort option in the top of the Veteran's list. Hmmm... I saw sorting by time of recruitment, name and level. No troop class though, for grouping soldiers, scouts, etc. Then filter was for living troops and dead troops. Also, sorry to double post, thought of some additional bits and thought here might be better. ^^'

Chaotic Entropy - np at all on the double post, just letting you know I saw it on Steam as well. Happy to field questions on either site! Ok, I've added "Sort by Class" to our todo list, great suggestion.

Most things will probably be "quality of life" type stuff that just makes everything play a bit smoother. I'm a bit of a stickler for little ergonomic things/OCD tension release.

@chaotic entropy - thanks for the post! Quick responses --
1) interesting idea, we will take a look at the Ordnance screen to see if buying / using can be combined into one. We definitely have an item on our list to show how many Ordnance you already have when you are buying.
2) We've taken sorting by class onto our list as a feature.
3) Interesting on the UI scaling. We will take a look and see if it is something we can accomplish via an option. We can't scale the UI independently, the entire game would scale, but many of the other elements have zoom (the map). Can you share your screen size / resolution?
4) Great idea highlighting RQ you can afford to reach. Added to the list.

General ergonomics principles tend to conclude that things should never be more than three clicks away, so just being able to see all your available ordinance with a buy/use options, shaded or dulled out if you don't have any would be good. Clicking on use ordnance to then find out I have none, closing that, finding the tac point, selecting it, selecting ordnance, buying the ordnance, closing the ordnance screen and deselecting the tac point, finding the soldier, opening the use ordnance screen again and using the ordnance. Exhausting even writing about it. For the UI scaling stuff, I'm on a PC using a 1920x1080 monitor, so it just seems like things could be more adjusted to larger screens as opposed to mobile. It's fine for the most part, just some UI elements seem oversized.

I agree. That is a neat idea. Not necessary, but nice to have!
